Belmont Guns and Ammo

I bought a gun safe and $1000s in ammo during my first visit in November 2021. Got home to find the safe was supplied with the incorrect keys. I called and politely explained my problem and was told they would get back to me. I have called again at least 6 times with the same lack of response or anyone calling back. I then emailed them with my safe serial number and Key serial number which they said they would sort with the manufacturer. That was the 20th of January so I emailed again 2nd Feb asking if they have followed up - guess what no response!In the meantime I have a Safe that I cant use!

Have recently adopted sports shooting as a hobby. Sam and Cory have both provided exemplary customer service on my numerous visits to the store, as well as invaluable knowledge and guidance in terms of what to look for, what to avoid, navigating the firearm purchasing process and how to maximise the sports shooting experience. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sam in the gun shop has walked me through the process of not just buying my 2 new rifles, but more importantly he has been very helpful with educating me to licensing requirements. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending, because of the customer service that Sam provides.

Consumate professionals, I called up about a Beretta side by side, asked heaps of questions, and requested pictures. Jake and Sam were extremely accommodating, and I felt comfortable in the long-distance transaction. It's never easy to fork out big dollars when you can't put your hands on the gun. Overnight to my dealer and the gun exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the team.

Cannot thank Sam and Cory enough they have both been exceptional to deal with from selecting my rifle and ordering exactly what I wanted and then making the entire process effortless. Came to pick the new addition up and she was ready to go with scope and accessories fitted ready for the weekend with no work required from me.Thanks guys will be in soon for the next one!

Terrible customer service. I have had a few negative experiences with Belmont Guns and Ammo. Ordered several firearms from there and had to constantly phone to see if my orders had arrived as it was 4 + weeks past the delivery dates advised. They even ordered the incorrect barrel length and stock type and colour than what I had requested and paid for, not only that but even though the firearm was brand new it was missing the cheek riser which comes with the firearm. No apology, no explanation, I was just told “they must have forgotten to include the stock riser and that this is the firearm that we ordered so you can either take this one or we’ll have to re-order it again” so I took the incorrect one as I didn’t not want to wait several months again just to constantly chase them up as no one would return calls. They say they will look into your enquiry and call you back but never do. I consigned one of my firearms for sale through them and there was no communication whatsoever. After approximately 7-8 months and numerous phone calls they finally advise me that my firearm sold…… several months ago and they didn’t even call to advise me of the sale, I was having to chase them up with phone call after phone call until months later when they decided to finally transfer me the funds from the sale. Very unorganised and not professional at all.

Very happy nice to head into a Perth Gun store and they had nice gear in stock!Three high end versions of scopes I was considering and plenty of mounting hardware to support it as wellDrop in and talk to Sam and tell him Greg recommend you!

*Review subject to change.I had ordered a $700 Burris FastFire4 from Belmonts in the hope I would see it within a relatively quick time frame, considering the cost of the item.After approximately a couple days, I called to see if funds had been recieved and the order dispatched as I hadn't received a confirmation email.I was assured that they would check with accounting and have the item sent express.It's now been close to a week since that call, still no confirmation email and still no item at my door.. that isn't express" in my books.Noting the website is in its infant stage and being worked on

The staff are knowledgeable, very helpful, and have a great enthusiasm for firearms. There’s no such thing as a stupid question - the team have a welcome passion toward sharing knowledge and experience. While BGA isn’t the biggest gun shop in Perth, they’re certainly one of the hardest working. If there’s something they don’t have on hand, you can bet that the guys will have it for you before you can say when.
