Ammunition supplier

I bought a gun safe and $1000s in ammo during my first visit in November 2021. Got home to find the safe was supplied with the incorrect keys. I called and politely explained my problem and was told they would get back to me. I have called again at least 6 times with the same lack of response or anyone calling back. I then emailed them with my safe serial number and Key serial number which they said they would sort with the manufacturer. That was the 20th of January so I emailed again 2nd Feb asking if they have followed up - guess what no response!In the meantime I have a Safe that I cant use!

Have recently adopted sports shooting as a hobby. Sam and Cory have both provided exemplary customer service on my numerous visits to the store, as well as invaluable knowledge and guidance in terms of what to look for, what to avoid, navigating the firearm purchasing process and how to maximise the sports shooting experience. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

I'm located in victoria and I purchased a rifle from the boys at claremont in wa and the boys had it shipped interstate for me in less than a week they were easy to get ahold of and made the purchase a quick transaction I highly recommend them!

I had a faulty CZ and Mark assisted and the team went the full distance in making sure my issue was resolved. We had some issues with Winchester being able to fix it so Claremont Firearms credited the faulty rifle and let me choose a new one.They also assisted with some credits to soothe the pain in adding the new rifle to my license. Well done Mark and co, I super appreciate the resolution and will let everyone know down at the range the length you went to in making this good. Cheers again.

Consumate professionals, I called up about a Beretta side by side, asked heaps of questions, and requested pictures. Jake and Sam were extremely accommodating, and I felt comfortable in the long-distance transaction. It's never easy to fork out big dollars when you can't put your hands on the gun. Overnight to my dealer and the gun exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the team.
